Shopping Information

At RSH Clothing, we strive to deliver your order promptly. Once your order is processed, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that processing times are separate and may add an additional 2-7 business days before shipping. For international orders, delivery times vary based on the destination. After placing an order with RSH Clothing, the following steps occur:

  1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order details.
  2. Processing: Your order enters our fulfillment process, which typically takes 2-7 business days.
  3. Shipping: Once processed, your order is shipped. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days.
  4. Delivery: Your package is delivered to the provided address.

RSH Clothing does not offer refunds but provides replacements for defective or damaged items. Contact customer support via email at support@rhinestonehoodies.online or through our Contact Us page within 15 days with your order details and photos of the issue to request a replacement.

Payment Information

Currently, RSH Clothing accepts payments via major credit and debit cards. Bank transfer payments are not supported at this time.

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, the order enters the production process, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please contact customer support as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.

“Package tracking” allows you to monitor the status and location of your order as it is shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package, including its estimated delivery date, through the shipping carrier’s website.
