2. Returns Due to Incorrect Shipping Information

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or issues with delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase to avoid any delays.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are simply unwanted or ordered in the wrong size or color. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

4. Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 15 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Where to Send Returns

  • All returns will be sent to our fulfillment partner’s facility based on where your order was shipped from. Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email and determine the next steps.
